HdtvBharat is committed to building a secure, transparent, creative, and legally compliant digital media ecosystem in India. These Content Creation & Community Guidelines govern all creators who upload, publish, stream, distribute, monetize, or promote content on the HdtvBharat platform, including videos, films, music, web series, live broadcasts, news, educational programs, advertisements, and any other digital media.

By uploading content to HdtvBharat, you agree to comply with these regulations, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Revenue Policy, and all applicable Indian laws and regulatory frameworks.

1. Eligibility for Creators

• • Creators must be at least 18 years old, or operate under verified parental/legal guardian supervision.
• • Valid government-issued identification may be required for verification.
• • Business entities must provide registration documentation before enabling monetization features.
• • HdtvBharat reserves the right to approve or deny creator applications at its sole discretion.

2. Ownership & Copyright Compliance

• • Creators must own or hold valid legal rights, licenses, distribution agreements, or written permissions for all uploaded materials, including video footage, music, scripts, logos, images, and third-party assets.
• • Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited. Repeat copyright violations may result in account termination and potential legal action.

3. Prohibited Content

• • Copyright-infringing material
• • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative material
• • Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• • Graphic violence, extreme gore, or harmful activities
• • Terrorism-related, extremist, or unlawful content
• • Fraudulent schemes, scams, or misleading financial promotions
• • Deepfake or manipulated media intended to deceive
• • Content violating Indian laws, IT regulations, or broadcasting standards

4. Community Standards & Responsible Publishing

• • No misinformation, fake news, or manipulated narratives
• • News content must strive for factual accuracy
• • Health or financial advice must include appropriate disclaimers
• • No incitement to violence or public unrest
• • Respect for cultural, religious, and regional sensitivities

5. Monetization & Revenue Sharing

• • Compliance with all platform policies
• • Minimum watch time and engagement requirements
• • Content originality and advertiser suitability

Revenue may be generated through advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, brand collaborations, premium access, or platform-based revenue-sharing programs. HdtvBharat reserves the right to adjust revenue models at any time.

6. Content Review & Moderation

All uploaded content may undergo automated screening and/or manual moderation review. HdtvBharat reserves the right to remove or restrict access, disable monetization, issue warnings or strikes, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts to ensure safety, compliance, and community protection.

7. Reporting, Takedowns & Appeals

Users may report content suspected of violating these guidelines. Upon receiving a valid complaint, content may be temporarily restricted pending review, copyright takedown notices handled under applicable Indian IP laws, and creators may submit appeals with supporting evidence. Final decisions remain at HdtvBharat’s sole discretion.

8. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance

Creators must respect individual privacy rights. Publishing personal information without consent, doxxing, or collecting data deceptively is prohibited. All content must comply with Indian data protection and digital privacy laws.

9. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

All creators must comply with relevant laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Media Ethics Code, Indian Copyright Act, Advertising Standards, and other applicable regulations. Non-compliance may result in legal reporting.

10. Policy Updates & Amendments

HdtvBharat reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these guidelines at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For creator support, contact the Help Centre or official support channels.
